The actor and son of Clint Eastwood, who will star as a bull rider on the big screen in the upcoming The Longest Ride, wrote about the model on social media Sunday night.
"Last nights event in Vegas #pbr #lastmanstanding," he captioned his photo (below) from the Professional Bull Riders' Last Cowboy Standing event in Sin City. He then heralded the winner of the event, Guilherme Marchi, and used a telling pet name to describe Brousseau: "This is the baddest man on the planet No1 guilherme #mancrush with my babes @brittbrousseau."
While Eastwood has not explicitly stated Brousseau is his girlfriend, a source confirms to PEOPLE that indeed the two, who met at Coachella, are an item.
"She went to San Diego to visit him a couple of days before Cinco de Mayo," the insider says. "Shortly thereafter, he said in an interview that he was single, but he stepped out with her last week. Scott and Brittany are officially together now."
The pair, who attended Nylon + BCBGeneration's Annual May Young Hollywood Issue event "were definitely acting like a couple, holding hands and showing other PDA" at the party, says the source, who says they were sipping on VitaFrute cocktails throughout the night. "She tried to refuse posing for photos with him at first, but he kept pulling her in."
Eastwood, who prefers a much more laid-back environment, "never goes out in Hollywood and he prefers San Diego because he likes the slow place and the beach," the source says, adding that he made the trek north to support his sister Francesca, who was at the event to promote her new series Oh, You Pretty Things!
No pet names for Eastwood just yet on Brousseau's social media, though her Facebook page does include an E! Online sighting of the pair at the party.
The relationship could very well be a new one: Eastwood was previously linked to Jana Kramer. And on April 15, Brousseau posted an Instagram photo designating that she was not single, not taken, but "building my empire."
What a difference a month can make.
