Once Gomez, 23, entered the club shortly after 1 a.m., she immediately headed to her VIP table to hang out with her friends and backup dancers. Also joining the celebration was Orlando Bloom, who sat inconspicuously in a dark baseball hat at an adjacent table.
Though Bloom was spotted kissing Gomez on the cheek as they chatted for about 20 minutes, a source tells PEOPLE the duo are "absolutely just friends."
After catching up with Bloom, Gomez hung out with her crew – which included Zac Efron's ex Sami Miro – as they sipped water and 50 Bleu vodka (the singer wasn't seen drinking alcohol).
"They want me to say something. I don't know what to say," she told the crowd at the club just before 2 a.m. "I'm so happy you came out to party with me. Thank you all so much. God bless."
After she was done, Gomez headed back to sit next to Bloom, who sipped water. Bloom's girlfriend, Katy Perry, didn't appear to be at the Vegas club.
On Monday, Gomez caught up with the actor's ex-wife Miranda Kerr at the Met Ball, and she was also seen hanging out with Perry at a Golden Globes after party in January.
