Hartman has been arrested repeatedly in recent years for boarding planes without a ticket, police said.
Last August, she was taken into custody after successfully flying from San Jose to Los Angeles without a ticket. In December, Hartman pleaded guilty to charged of reckless conduct and criminal trespass to land, NBC reports. She was ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device from a previous arrest.
She was discovered on airport property because her monitoring device signaled to police.
