Meet the new breed of family!

Our cheeks hurt from smiling so much while watching this sweet video, What Is Family, featuring The Boxtrolls cast and filmmakers dishing on the 3D stop-motion animated movie about young orphan Eggs, voiced by Game of Thrones' Isaac Hempstead Wright, who's raised by a pack of underground cave-dwelling trash collectors.

"The Boxtroll Fish has been taking care of Eggs since he was little. Even though Eggs is a boy and Fish is a Boxtroll, it doesn't matter because Fish has that love for him and would do anything for him," explains Elle Fanning, who voices Winnie, a rich but affection-starved young girl.

The animated film, adapted from the children's book There Be Monsters! by Alan Snow and opening in theaters Sept. 26, is full of laughs, but its message is touching: Your family might not be traditional, but that doesn't make it any less important.

"It's moving, touching and very uplifting," gushes Sir Ben Kingsley, who voices Archibald Snatcher.
