Pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty good.

Alejandro "AJ" Fragoso is the new world record holder for TV binge-watching world after taking in 94 consecutive hours of television over five days, including episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm, Battlestar Galactica, Twilight Zone, Bob's Burgers and more.

The event, meant to promote helped software company CyberLink's updated PowerDVD 16 player, began in a Manhattan, New York, apartment shortly after 8 a.m. ET on Friday with three contestants and ended Tuesday morning with Fragoso the only one left standing – or sitting, as it were.

"Throughout this process I learned that binge-watching TV for abnormally long durations can actually be quite physically taxing," said Fragosa in a press release.

A doctor examined Fragosa before and after the endurance test to track the effects of prolonged binge watching. When the binge-watching was completed, they found that his heart rate was elevated after this extended period of sleeplessness, he was experiencing "increased frequency of involuntary open-eyed 'micronaps'" and acute hallucinations.

According to the press release, Fragosa survived the fatigue thanks to frequent standing and stretching and from sticking to the Mediterranean diet.

The previous TV binge-watching record was 92 hours and was reached by five Austrians who participated in a event held LG Electronics Austria in Vienna this past March 15–19.
