"It's very unusual and it's very special," nurse Lynnette Coetzee told NBC San Diego, "and I haven't seen it in all my 34 years of nursing."
Coetzee, in her expert opinion, thinks Jaelyn is "gonna be pulling rank the whole time because she's gonna be the older one. He's gonna have a hard time living that down."
Luis and Jaelyn join 3-year-old Isabella. Maribel Salgado is a cashier at the San Diego International Airport, and Luis is a diesel Mechanic for the United States Navy.
