"I kind of want to follow in Ryan Seacrest's footsteps," the actor, 23, tells PEOPLE of his desire to become a host.
And much to Posey's delight, he's now co-hosting with his idol on Fox's new game show Knock Knock Live.
"I feel not worthy to be on this show," says Posey, who begins his co-hosting gig Tuesday night. "I'm so honored to be asked to be a part of this. It is going to be so much fun."
In addition to hosting Knock Knock Live, Posey says he aspires to have his own radio show, start a band and direct, write and produce his own content.
"I know I have a lot of ambitions, but I want to make them all happen," says Posey, who is currently producing his father John's one-man show Father, Son & Holy Coach.
