It may have been the year's most A-list baby shower. TOBEY MAGUIRE wasn't invited (girls only!), but his fiancée, JENNIFER MEYER, celebrated with pals like JENNIFER ANISTON (who carpooled with COURTENEY COX ARQUETTE ARQUETTE), JENNIFER GARNER and DEMI MOORE. The mom-to-be got goodies from L.A. baby boutique Petit Tresor and parenting advice from KATE HUDSON, her friend since childhood. Lemonade-sipping guests at the Oct. 15 Malibu bash enjoyed "a very mellow afternoon," one tells Insider. "Totally easy breezy." And when Maguire broke the no-men rule at the end of the party, he was showered—appropriately—with kisses.

B-DAY BLOWOUT

For MICHELLE TRACHTENBERG's Oct. 14 birthday celebration, the actress scored a nearly perfect party trifecta: turning 21, hitting Vegas and getting down with ... her mother? "This sounds really cheesy, but dancing with my mom and my sister ... was awesome !" She also dined (and danced some more—even onstage with the DJ) inside Tao at the Venetian with 20 pals, including her ex SHAWN ASHMORE (X-Men) and PARIS HILTON.
