Garrison could face six years and eight months in prison when sentenced Aug. 2.... David Hasselhoff, 54, regained his visitation rights to daughters Taylor-Ann, 17, and Hayley, 14, on May 18, after agreeing to alcohol testing three times per week, a source tells People. A Los Angeles judge temporarily suspended the privilege on May 7, after a videotape surfaced showing the recovering alcoholic apparently inebriated. Hasselhoff and ex-wife Pamela Bach, 44, from whom he split last year, are due back in court June 1.... Former Creed frontman Scott Stapp, 33, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault May 20 at his Boca Raton, Fla., home after allegedly throwing a glass bottle at his wife, Miss New York USA 2004 Jaclyn Nesheiwat, 26. Stapp was freed the next day and ordered to submit to random drug testing.

SIGNING OFF
Dateline NBC anchor Stone Phillips, 52, will soon bid viewers a final farewell. NBC announced May 22 that in a cost-cutting move, the network will not renew his contract when it expires at the end of June. The investigative journalist—who has reported on such events as the D.C. sniper shootings, Hurricane Katrina and the Virginia Tech Massacre—said, "It's been a wonderful 15 years. I'm profoundly appreciative of the many friends and colleagues, past and present, who have been a part of the Dateline family." The show's executive producer David Corvo said, "We'll miss the passion he brought to his work." Coanchor Ann Curry will stay on, and other Dateline NBC field reporters will serve as on-air hosts.
