But leave it to CHRISTIE BRINKLEY—who split with husband PETER COOK last July, then burst a disc in her spine during a December skiing accident—to come through it all as gracefully as ever. "A lot of women write me and say they are going through similar things—it's wonderful support," the former supermodel told Insider at Hamptons magazine's 7th Annual Memorial Day Celebration May 26. Still, she's not 100 percent. "I'm not supposed to be in high heels yet," says Brinkley—despite sporting a pair of strappy stilettos. "I couldn't resist!"

At her May 27 concert at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, GWEN STEFANI was still pumped from the previous day: son KINGSTON's first-birthday bash at New York City's primo pizzeria Otto (left, with her husband, GAVIN ROSSDALE).
