According to Katherine Heigl, her new comedy Knocked Up should come with a warning: "First-time pregnant women shouldn't see this. Wait 'til you pop that kid out!" says the actress, 28, who threw her back out shooting the delivery. "I was completely afraid, and we were faking it! That birth scene is as close to the real thing as I ever hope to be."
