Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, 31, and his wife of more than two years, Shanna Moakler, 32, have parted again—this time for good, a source tells PEOPLE. (Barker filed for divorce last August, but they reconciled in March.) "About a month ago, the couple separated again," says a source close to Moakler. "She moved out. As far as she's concerned, it's over." Barker and the former Miss USA have son Landon, 3, and daughter Alabama, 19 months. Moakler has daughter Atiana, 8, from a previous relationship with boxer Oscar De La Hoya. A rep for Barker did not respond to calls.
Ontario County, N.Y., Sheriff Philip Povero tells PEOPLE that text messages had been sent to and from the cell phone of driver Bailey Goodman, 17, less than two minutes before the car crash that killed her and four former classmates June 26. "We're not stating for a fact that it contributed," Povero says. "It's a possible contributing factor." Goodman, along with fellow Fairport High School cheerleaders Hannah Congdon, 18, Meredith McClure, 17, and Sara Monnat, 18, and friend Katie Shirley, 18, perished when her SUV collided with a tractor-trailer near East Bloomfield, N.Y.

Claudia "Lady Bird" Taylor Johnson, 94, widow of President Lyndon B. Johnson (1908-1973), died of natural causes July 11 at her home in Austin, Texas. She had been hospitalized for nearly a week last month after suffering from a low-grade fever. The lifelong nature enthusiast—who wed Johnson in 1934 and had two daughters, Lynda, now 63, and Luci, 60—was laid to rest next to her husband July 15 beneath a canopy of oak trees at the Johnson family cemetery in Stonewall, Texas. "My special cause," Lady Bird (a childhood nickname) once said, "is to preserve the wildflowers and native plants that define the regions of our land and [provide] the quiet joys and satisfactions I have know since my childhood."
