Kate Winslet, 31, has won undisclosed libel damages—and a printed apology—from the British magazine Grazia, which reported that she had consulted a diet doctor after publicly criticizing Hollywood's thin obsession. "I have always been, and shall continue to be, honest when it comes to body [and] weight issues," Winslet said in a statement.... From supermodel to super maid? Naomi Campbell will mop floors for New York City's Department of Sanitation starting March 19 to fulfill her court-ordered community service. (She pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault for throwing a cell phone at her housekeeper last March.) Campbell, 36, told PEOPLE, "I'm happy to do it." ... Prosecutors in Australia alleged during a March 13 hearing that Sylvester Stallone (inset), 60—who was detained by customs officials at Sydney Airport last month—brought 48 vials of Jintropin, a banned muscle-building hormone, into the country. If charged and convicted, the Rocky Balboa star could face a $17,000 fine and five years in prison. A rep for Stallone declined to comment; his lawyers will be asked to enter a plea on April 24.
Zodiac star Mark Ruffalo, 39, and wife Sunrise, 34, owner of L.A. boutique Kaviar and Kind, have a baby on the way. The couple, who wed in 2000, have a son, Keen, 5, and a daughter, Bella, 1.

After seven years of sobriety, fashion designer Marc Jacobs, 43, has entered rehab for a second time—admitting himself to an Arizona facility soon after Paris Fashion Week.
DePauw University announced March 12 that it had severed ties with Delta Zeta following the eviction of 23 members from the campus sorority house. (Many accused the group of dismissing members based on weight or ethnicity.) The sorority's national office said in a statement it was "extremely disappointed" in the school's decision.
Brad Delp, 55, the lead singer of Boston ("Amanda"), was found dead March 9 in his Atkinson, N.H., home. The cause of death is undetermined.... Betty Hutton, 86, star of 1950's Annie Get Your Gun, died of complications from colon cancer on March 11 in Palm Springs, Calif.
Talk about chilling. Rob Morrow (left), Chad Lowe (below) and Fisher Stevens got lost skiing out-of-bounds on Colorado's Aspen Mountain March 10—and had to be guided down by the ski patrol. "We're all solid skiers," says Numb3rs' Morrow. "But I didn't know the mountain that well." Lowe, in town with his buddies and producer-girlfriend Kim Painter for an Aspen Youth Experience charity event, says they all headed back out the next day. "There was a lot of joking going on," he tells PEOPLE. "The guide was saying, 'Don't follow Chad!'"
