As BRITNEY SPEARS prepares to leave rehab, she's bolstered, no doubt, by the frequent visits from her kids Sean Preston, 18 months, and Jayden James, 6 months. (Most recently, estranged husband KEVIN FEDERLINE brought the boys by on March 18.) Still, Spears may not resume full-time diaper duty even after she wraps her stint at the Promises treatment center in Malibu. Sources say Federline will retain custody for the time being. "There will be no abrupt changes [to the kids' daily lives]," says an insider, who calls the ongoing custody negotiations between Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan and Spears's camp "intense."
PRESSURED TO BE THIN?
Two years ago HILARY DUFF told Insider her noticeably thinner frame was the result of cutting back on French fries ("I used to be obsessed!") and eating smaller portions throughout the day. But now she admits Hollywood's scrutinizing eye played a role as well. "I've felt pressure like everyone else in my position has," she told Britain's Mail on Sunday. "When a paper ... says 'Duff Puff—she gained 15 lbs.,' how would any normal person react? It's so mean ... but everyone keeps talking about it."
