"I'm having fun," the actress told Insider at the premiere for the Showtime series The Tudors in L.A. March 26. "I'm dating." Later that evening, Lohan caught up with ROBBIE WILLIAMS at Les Deux, then got cozy with RYAN PHILLIPPE at Winston's until 2 a.m. She has also been making the rounds at Teddy's, partying with newly single JAMES BLUNT March 21, then chatting up ex-flame STAVROS NIARCHOS and BRANDON DAVIS three days later. Love connections or just friends? "It's a free country," says Lohan's rep. "She can speak to whomever she wishes."

KENNY'S B-DAY BASH

Party on! For KENNY CHESNEY's 39th birthday, pals, including TIM McGRAW and FAITH HILL, turned out for a hard-rocking night at a local Nashville bar March 26. "We'd been workin' so hard in rehearsal [for an upcoming tour]," Chesney told Insider. "We used my birthday as an excuse to blow off steam." So was he nursing a hangover? "I couldn't have done this interview at 10 a.m.—I promise you that."
