SPLIT
CNN anchor Paula Zahn, 51, has filed for divorce from her husband of 20 years, real estate developer Richard Cohen, 59, the entertainment news program Extra reports. The couple have three children, daughter Haley, 17, and sons Jared, 13, and Austin, 10.

I DO!
Phillip Sweet, 33, of the country band Little Big Town, kept things small when he wed Rebecca Arthur, 22, in an intimate March 27 ceremony. The singer-guitarist and his wardrobe stylist bride swapped vows at Cedarvine Manor, a bed and breakfast in Lebanon, Tenn. "Sometimes I feel like we are 5 years old and each other's best friend," Sweet said in a statement.

LEGAL MATTERS
Emily Leatherman, 32, a homeless woman ordered to stay at least 500 feet from actor John Cusack last year, was arrested outside Tom Cruise's Beverly Hills mansion on March 29. Leatherman was jailed with bail set at $45,000. In August 2005 she was prohibited from coming within 100 yards of Cruise (inset), 44, for three years.... Paris Hilton, 26, could face up to 90 days in jail after being found in violation of her probation, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office announced March 29. Police found that the heiress—who was sentenced to 36 months of probation Jan. 22, when she pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving—had a suspended license when she was pulled over for speeding Feb. 27. A hearing is set for April 17.... Victor Han, 35, of Queens, pleaded guilty March 28 to one count of child endangerment after his wife, Hejin, committed suicide by driving their minivan off a 300-ft. cliff with their two daughters in the back seat last year. Prosecutors believe Han knew the kids were imperiled when he stepped outside the vehicle on Bear Mountain on June 14. Although the crash killed Hejin, 35, daughters Ariana, 5, and Etana, 4—now staying with family—suffered no major injuries. Prosecutors recommended three years probation; Han will remain free on $40,000 bail pending his June 6 sentencing.

ANNOUNCED
Beaming up Scotty: On March 30 the ashes of actor James Doohan, Montgomery "Scotty" Scott on the original Star Trek, were loaded into a rocket set to launch on April 28. (He died in 2005 at age 85.) His remains join those of 200 others, whose families paid to have loved ones' ashes placed on the spacecraft.

HONORED
U2's Bono, 46, was named an honorary knight of the British Empire at a Dublin ceremony March 29. But the Irishman must forgo the title "Sir," as he is not a British citizen. He joked, "You have permission to call me anything you want except Sir, all right? Lord of lords, your demigodness, that'll do."

A NEW BABY SPICE
Melanie Brown—a.k.a. Scary Spice—welcomed her second child, a 5-lb. 4-oz. girl, in Santa Monica April 3. "The baby is completely healthy with a good head of hair," says a rep for the singer. But controversy loomed over the otherwise happy event: Brown, 31, claims ex-boyfriend Eddie Murphy, 46, is the father, but the actor (who shares a birthday with the as-yet-unnamed newborn) has publicly called for a paternity test. A rep for Murphy—now dating TV producer Tracey Edmonds—had no comment on the birth.
