MANDY MAKES THE PROM
It's five years late, but MANDY MOORE finally went to prom. The singer, 23—who missed her own dance because she was busy promoting A Walk to Remember—recently performed for Alabama's Enterprise High School, which lost eight students in a March tornado. "I wanted to be there—the kids have been through so much," says the singer, who enlisted her band as dates. "I made a corsage and they all wore boutonnieres. It felt like my prom too." And there's video. Talk show host RACHAEL RAY (inset) threw the party and will share the memories on her April 30 show.
CARRIE'S B-DAY BEAU
CARRIE UNDERWOOD put her power-ballad pipes to the test April 21, helping her main man, Cowboys quarterback TONY ROMO, celebrate his 27th birthday at Dallas's Ghostbar. The two hit the DJ booth together to lead the crowd in a rowdy rendition of Twisted Sister's '80s classic "We're Not Gonna Take It." Says an observer: "They were having a great time, laughing and holding hands. Their arms were around each other all night."
FAST TAKES
Razorlight frontman JOHNNY BORRELL opened up about his budding relationship with KIRSTEN DUNST while in L.A. to promote the band's new single "America" on April 20. "We were hanging out at SXSW [music festival last month]," he told Insider, "and we've been hanging out ever since."
KRISTIN CAVALLARI wears her heart on her arm, not her sleeve. She was spotted at Hollywood Life magazine's Young Hollywood Awards on April 22 with boyfriend NICK ZANO's initials tattooed on her wrist.
Four months post-split from SIENNA MILLER, JUDE LAW is dating Harper's Bazaar UK editor-at-large KIM HERSOV. The relationship is "developing slowly," says a pal.
