Soon, when the Cruises need to borrow a cup of sugar—or a piece of Armani couture—they'll be able to pop over to their neighbors. On April 28 stylish pals Victoria and David Beckham closed on a six-bedroom, nine-bath Beverly Hills mansion. The Spanish-style villa—which sold for around $20 million—is about two minutes by car to the Cruise estate and convenient to Rodeo Drive's boutiques for the stylish "Posh" and L.A.'s Home Depot Center—home of the Galaxy soccer team—for her husband. "They've found the perfect property," says a pal. "It's modern, airy and spacious." The Beckhams and sons Brooklyn, 8, Romeo, 4, and Cruz, 2, plan to move in July. Their American friends can't wait: "Victoria took Tom and Katie to visit the home on Sunday," says a source. "And they loved it!"
