After deciding to spend the winter lying low in London before gearing up for her "Sweet Escape" tour (which kicks off April 21 in Las Vegas), Gwen Stefani
, 37, used her free time to bond with the two men in her life—son Kingston and husband and fellow rock star Gavin Rossdale, 41. "When we're both working, it's hard to see each other," she told British Elle
. "We both know that after three weeks it starts to get messed up." On Feb. 1, mother and son barely left Dad's side: After a quick jaunt to a local park to play on the swings, they headed straight home for a reunion with Rossdale (which Stefani captured on her video camera). Next on the agenda? A leisurely two-hour lunch at an upscale Italian restaurant. "[Kingston] was getting lots of attention from everyone," says an eyewitness. "[His parents] made lots of fuss over him and were very affectionate." No wonder. As Stefani said in British Elle, "[Gavin and I] were very lucky to find each other, [and] having Kingston has been the most romantic thing to have happened to us."
