TORI'S BLUE HEAVEN

Almost everything at the Feb. 3 baby shower for TORI SPELLING, 36, and DEAN MCDERMOTT, 40, was blue, except the parents-to-be: "It was great to have all our friends there to celebrate," says Spelling, who is expecting a boy in April. The event, held at Elixir Tonics & Teas in West Hollywood and sponsored by Tupperware, featured blue M&Ms and blue martinis and included Beverly Hills, 90210 pal JENNIE GARTH (inset). Also on hand: a crew from her upcoming Oxygen reality show Tori & Dean: Inn Love. Who wasn't there? Spelling's estranged mom, Candy. "[It] hurts," said Tori, who added that she's focused on the future: "[We] can't wait to meet our little man."

VINCE: LOCAL YOKEL

VINCE VAUGHN has the low-down on his native Chicago's newest hot spot. So low, in fact, it's subterranean. The actor checked out the club the Underground—described by owner Billy Dec as "a plushed-out bomb shelter"—before it officially opened in mid-January. Now the spot is attracting patrons like DAVID SCHWIMMER and Mischa Barton's beau CISCO ADLER, who performed there with his band.

FAST TAKES

On Feb. 3, SCARLETT JOHANSSON and MATT LEINART warmed each other up for the Super Bowl, arriving together for a bash on Miami's Pontiac Garage Stage and dancing to a performance by Fergie.

Passengers on a Feb. 2 Super Bowl-bound flight from L.A. may have been surprised to see CSI: NY's MELINA KANAKAREDES, CSI: Miami's DAVID CARUSO and CSI's BILL PETERSEN all onboard—by coincidence. Says Kanakaredes: "They must've been like, 'Is something going on?!'"

After a girl asked NICK LACHEY for his digits at the Plumm, an N.Y.C. bar, on Jan. 31, VANESSA MINNILLO pulled him outside—then jumped into a cab solo. But all's well: Lachey caught up in time, and they left à deux.
