In the comedy, she plays a social worker who has some very social work she wants to do with Ben Stiller, who is wed to Patricia Arquette.

The artist still known as the Prince of Wales drummed up support for his charity, The Prince's Trust, when he visited a Trust camp for disadvantaged teens in Avon, England. That rockin' royal Charles beat the skins to the Bill Withers hit "Lean on Me," accompanied by 200 youngsters who sang along and kept time by thwacking tablespoons on the floor.

Hillary Rodham Clinton lent a morale-boosting hand to peacekeeping U.S. soldiers at a remote Army outpost in northern Bosnia as she began her eight-day goodwill tour of Europe (daughter Chelsea also came along). Mrs. Clinton is the first American presidential spouse to formally address troops in a hostile military territory since 1943, when First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt toured U.S. military bases in the South Pacific during WW II.

Trump Princess: Finding time between going to school and tending her fledgling modeling career, Ivanka Trump, the 15-year-old daughter of Ivana and Donald, went shopping in Manhattan. Ivanka, who signed with Women Model Management last September, showed up wearing tennis togs at Dad's Mar-a-Lago Country Club in Palm Beach, Fla., for a fashion spread in the April issue of Elle.

Samuel L. Jackson (above, with Jodie Foster) emceed the Independent Spirit Awards in L.A. for movies made outside the studio system. The Spirits had something the Oscars didn't: Sean Penn (right, with the mother of his children, actress Robin Wright), who, upon winning Best Actor for Dead Man Walking, declared, "You tolerate me!
