As for the 29-year-old Houston herself, she did it all this past year. Her smash movie debut has earned some $266 million worldwide at the box office. The soundtrack album sold 20 million copies, with the hit single "I Will Always Love You" nestled in the No. 1 spot on the pop chart for a record-breaking 14 weeks. Houston's personal life, too, was a succession of high notes. She wed fellow Grammy holder and rap star Bobby Brown, 24, in July and gave birth to daughter Bobbi Kristina on March 4. Though all the hoopla left Houston a bit dazed ("I wish I could be more exciting, that I could match what is happening out there to me"), her lungs never quit, nor did her looks. "I've seen her in the morning," says record producer David Foster, "I've seen her in the afternoon, and I've seen her the last thing at night, and she's gorgeous every single minute."
