Greta Van Susteren
As I walked into my house looking at Greta's picture, all I could think was, Why not? She looks great! Now, I'll read the article.
Gloria Evans, Melbourne, Fla.

From the glamorous way she looks after plastic surgery, I'm sure Ms. Van Susteren doesn't regret a thing.
Kenneth L. Zimmerman
Huntington Beach, Calif.

Great for Greta. She looks fabulous and will get better as the swelling goes down. I never thought that I would have cosmetic surgery, but, with the encouragement of my husband and adult children, I had an eye-lift two years ago. It was the best thing I ever did for myself. Greta's openness about her plastic surgery will be an eye-opener for other women.
Eileen McGillan, Plainsboro, N.J.

I applaud PEOPLE and Greta Van Susteren for discussing a topic that has been such a big secret in the movie industry for so many years. After reading your article, I have decided to undergo a bit of remodeling myself. At 42, things are starting to sag.
Suzanne Barr, Cape Coral, Fla.

Greta's candor regarding her surgery only adds to her credibility. Who's her doctor?
Rhonda Murray, Jacksonville, Fla.

What I found sad about Ms. Van Susteren's decision was her assumption that a youthful face equals a more watchable one. She looks younger and probably has more sex appeal, but I find her new face both more generic and less compelling.
Steve Tannehill, Valencia, Calif.

Only when PEOPLE runs a cover story about one of Ms. Van Susteren's male colleagues who has undergone cosmetic surgery will the matter expand beyond the media's continued trivialization of women in positions of power.
Brian Judge, Washington, D.C.

Plastic surgery is the exception—not the rule. I just hope that hardworking, middle-aged women will put their money away for their children's education instead of worrying about making the boys they knew 30 years ago in high school jealous. There are more important things in life.
Robert Malraux, Westerly, R.I.

I don't understand why Greta Van Susteren had plastic surgery. She was a beautiful woman before she had it. Now, I only see her as another woman I don't even know.
Ricky L. Hempel, Vancouver, Wash.

You go, Greta Van Susteren! Feeling good about yourself inside and out is a no-brainer.
Laura Lamkin, Novi, Mich.

Kirk and Lisa Kerkorian
I was absolutely disgusted when I read your article about Lisa Kerkorian. Somehow I have a hard time seeing $50,000 a month as a trifling sum, since that's more than what I have ever made annually while raising my three children alone for the last six years. Lisa should be happy that her ex still wants to be involved in Kira's life. My kids were 6, 5 and 2 when their father and I split, but they are happy, healthy and know what's important in life. It's not money or toys or vacation homes, but each other and a mother who loves them unconditionally.
Lindy Starr, Kirksville, Mo.

Corey and Millicent Bell
Great, now you've done it. You've completely blown away my crusty, hardened exterior shell that I call composure. Your article about Corey and Millicent Bell and their family made me cry. Not an easy feat for this 40-year-old man. Thank you very much for warming my heart and lifting my spirit. The human condition will never be completely destitute as long as there are people like the Bells around.
Jeff Thiessen, Vancouver, B.C.

Tom Brady
I want to thank you for your article about Tom Brady. I've seen him rise from a second-string quarterback into a confident leader who had a big part in the Patriots' Super Bowl win. He's truly a remarkable person and a talented player, and it shows in him, his teammates, his coach, his family and his devoted fans. I hope to see more of Tom in the upcoming seasons.
Ashley Sirois, Plainville, Conn.

John C. McGinley
I was extremely touched by your article on John C. McGinley. Three and a half months ago my daughter was born with Down syndrome. As any parent of a child with a disability knows, getting this diagnosis is one of the worst moments of your life. Hearing about other parents who have gone through this experience and come out of it as better human beings gives such hope to me for my daughter's future. I have always enjoyed John McGinley as an actor, but now I admire him as a parent. Kudos to him and his beautiful son Max for sharing their story.
