Why is it that women turn to Jell-O when Matt Cedeño—daytime TV's Brandon Walker—loses his shirt? "That body is pure muscle," says his Days of Our Lives costar Renée Jones. "One day Matt had been washing his face, and his shirt was off. I told him, 'I'm sorry, but I can't rehearse. Please put your shirt on so I can focus.' " The 6'2" former high school football star owes his traffic-stopping looks to his African-Cuban dad, Ruben, a corrections officer, and Irish-American mother, Connie, a child psychologist. "His father is gorgeous too," says Matt's girlfriend of four years, Charissa Seaman, 26, a dancer for Britney Spears. But growing up in suburban Seattle, Cedeño, 28, says that he was taught to be "antibeauty" by his farm-raised mother, who was skeptical when he became a Versace model at 21, then turned to acting. His bathroom regimen still speaks to Mom's sensibilities: Oil of Olay soap, hotel shampoo and, he says jokingly, "brushing my teeth at least once a week."
