Green Dragon In this poignant look at America's melting pot, it's 1975 and a group of Vietnamese refugees thrive or merely survive while stuck at a Marine-run relocation camp in California. Patrick Swayze and Forest Whitaker show up as helpful Yanks. (PG-13)

Never Again III-advised romantic comedy stars Jill Clayburgh and Jeffrey Tambor as middle-aged singles in love. Their acting is fine, but the script's silly sexual shenanigans quickly grow tiresome. (R)

Reign of Fire Make way for Puff Baddy. Dragons rule in a sci-fi action flick, at least until a pumped-up Matthew McConaughey (making like Robert Duvall in Apocalypse Now) and a more subdued Christian Bale decide to put an end to all the scorching. Better than the trailers made it seem, but nothing to get fired up about. (PG-13)
