Good taste made a comeback this year with a parade of charismatic clotheshorses leading the return to classic elegance. They show that they know how to emphasize their valuable assets with clean lines, sumptuous fabrics, romantic flourishes and dramatic detailing. But the word didn't get out to everybody. Fashion disasters still abound, as some celebs remain wacky, tacky and in-your-face with their nearly naked bodies.
