Newly Split, Heidi Klum Gets Chummy Down Under with the World's Most Famous Chili Pepper, Anthony Kiedis

Victoria isn't the only one who has a secret. On Nov. 25 lingerie model Heidi Klum, 29, announced a "mutual and amicable" separation from her husband of five years, celebrity hairstylist Ric Pipino, 44. Four days later she popped up in Sydney, Australia, sightseeing with Red Hot Chili Peppers lead singer Anthony Kiedis, winding up the tour with a seaside embrace on famed Bondi Beach. The German-born model and the 40-year-old rocker also spent time together in Brisbane, where Kiedis was touring with his band. In Sydney they climbed the Harbour Bridge—where they "kissed and cuddled like they wanted everyone to know they were an item," says an onlooker—and took to the streets on a rented Harley-Davidson before rain sent them back to a hotel in the city's historic Rocks district. So how hot are the pinup and the Pepper? Says a chum of Klum's: "She's taking it slow with Anthony and just getting to know him." Klum and Pipino are still friends, although they've lived separately since earlier in the fall, the pal explains. "There wasn't one thing. They found themselves one day saying, 'We're friends, and that's where it ends.' "
