After a three-year break from the American stage, Mariah Carey proved herself a quick-change artist at the opening concert of her circus-theme 24-city U.S. tour at the Colosseum in Las Vegas July 26. With only two minutes to switch between outfits (among them a custom-made feathered Roberto Cavalli gown), the diva had no time to dither. "Mariah," says her costumer Blair Levin, "loves to dress up."
