LIKE CINDY, NAOMI AND CLAUDIA, SHE COMMANDS UP TO five figures for photo shoots, has notched covers of Vogue and Marie-Claire, has the requisite rocker boyfriend (model-musician Donovan Leitch, son of '60s folk-rocker Donovan) and has signed a lucrative cosmetics deal (Chanel). What separates fresh-faced Kirsty Hume, 20, from the superpack is her ingenuous attitude. With more wobble than slink, more innocence than insolence, the 5'11", 113-lb. Scottish lass has become one of Seventh Avenue's most requested mannequins. Her allure, says Leitch, is that she has "a very sweet soul from Scotland. She's very unaffected." Elite Modeling boss John Casablancas sees her as "very much the princess in the fairy tale." And, he adds with awe, "she has the standards of a normal person in terms of friendship and loyalty. We keep our fingers crossed that it will last." Seems like it will. Hume says she doesn't want to become a "model clone." She does have one industry concern, though: her weight. But it's not fear of putting on pounds. Says she: "I honestly feel too skinny. And people tell me I'm underweight. It's not because I don't eat. I think it's my metabolism and my age. Maybe I'll start changing in a few years."
