A decade ago, as a radiant ingenue with flaming hair and porcelain skin, Molly Ringwald couldn't help but be Pretty in Pink. Still, nobody's pretty in everything. And today, even after a four-year sojourn in Paris, a more mature, 28-year-old Molly is, according to the judges, in dire need of some discriminating fashion sense.

"I think she's having an identity crisis because she's outgrown all her clothes," says llene Beck-erman. Adds costumer Penny Rose: "She's confused. She'll have to go back to the '80s." Either that, or learn to be a bit more selective, suggests Deborah Norville: "She is a beautiful girl. But her clothing is detracting from her looks."
