She and her drummer sister Chloe, 11, have won a devoted following. The Seattle duo—who prefer to keep their last name private for security reasons—recently headlined their first New York City gig; the video for their single "La Pump," from their 2004 debut album She Like Electric, recently began airing on MTV2. "I've been writing songs since kindergarten and playing the piano pretty much all my life," says the self-taught Asya. Chloe found her calling on a 2001 trip to a local music store. "I hope I still like music when I'm older," says Chloe. "I don't know if you can call it a job because people think that jobs aren't fun."
