Jane Fonda got a crash course on being chic from Monster-in-Law costar Jennifer Lopez. "I was curious about how she dresses. She's so hip," says the actress, 67, whose comedy is out on DVD. Which trends caught Fonda's eye? "Elegant flip-flops—I wasn't used to that," she says. "And pants real low, stomach exposed." So did J.Fo earn her Fashion Institute of J.Lo degree? Says Fonda: "She did give me some of her fabulous velour leisure suits in pink, blue and beige. I wear them all the time."
RODDICK: MY MISSING MOJO
Tennis ace Andy Roddick is fired up for the 2005 U.S. Open. But one TV ad he's in asks: What would life be like without his mojo? In reality he might not notice. "I don't know if I have mojo off the court. It pretty much only exists on the court," he says. "They shot in my comfort zone." One tweak to his game could help. Jokes Roddick, 23: "I haven't played strip tennis yet—I got to leave something for my list of goals."

Making her own movie debut as a hygiene-challenged actress in the indie movie Undiscovered, Jessica's younger sis chatted about not playing Daisy Duke, a b-day milestone and those divorce rumors.
Tell us about being unglamorous in this movie. It's so not Jessica's role in The Dukes of Hazzard.
My character didn't care about her appearance. I wore the " ugliest army pants. Makeup took two minutes. What's funny is one magazine put me on their worst-dressed list, but I was in my character's outfit.
Will you ever play a bombshell?
Absolutely. I don't know about in a bikini washing a car though.
Where will you celebrate turning 21 Oct. 3?
I'm so excited. I've gotten into clubs since I was 15, but Vegas is the one place where they always ask for IDs. So I'll be there gambling.
What's the craziest thing you did to try to get into a bar?
I used my sister's ID. They're like, Jessica Simpson? You're not Jessica Simpson.' I said, 'No, I'm not. I'll be leaving now.'
If you could be anyone for a day, who'd you be?
Brad Pitt. I'd love every hot woman to love me.
So, who would you want to be with?
Angelina Jolie! Well, and Jennifer Aniston. I'll take them both.
Do Nick and Jessica rumors make you mad?
We don't read them anymore. We're done. The stories are horrible. [Laughs] They're in love. It's silly.
And the alleged feud with Lindsay Lohan?
[Laughs] I don't have a problem with her.
On E! True Hollywood Story, your dad, Joe, said, "This child was suicidal," about you after the SNL incident.
He was exaggerating. But I didn't want to get out of my bed the next day, can tell you that.
