"No one knew I was pregnant yet. It was still a secret, and I was really conscious of my belly so I'm zipped up. I saw them taking my picture and I was sucking in. It's hard. You think your body will never go back to the way it was. But you don't have a choice. You just have to let it go because you have no control over it. I had my days when I looked schleppy and just not good. But I was lucky enough. I did wear Juicy throughout my whole pregnancy."
4 Months
"I was so excited to go to the Golden Globes, so excited to get dressed up and feel good. Elie Saab designed this dress and I loved it. I felt like a princess. All I had was this bump of a stomach, I wasn't big all over. But when I saw my picture I looked much bigger than I was. There was so much fabric, it made me look like I was about to give birth. I think I must have been blind."
5 Months
"For the SAG Awards I was supposed to wear a dress by Monique Lhuillier, but it was altered wrong so I had to change at the last minute. We were almost late because I had to find something in my closet and nothing fit my growing belly. This dress was Dolce & Gabbana. I look like a sausage in it. But there was nothing I could do. At least it was stretchy."
8¾ Months
"This was three days before I had Lola. People told me that they couldn't tell from behind that I was pregnant. I carried her way out front. I was about to burst."
BOUNCING BACK AFTER BABY
"People ask how I lost the weight. All I can say is breast-feeding. I also have a 1-year-old, Sam, and I'm up all night. I'm now working with a trainer, Garrett Warren. Tons of weight training to build muscle, cardio and a lot of kickboxing. We do an hour four days a week before I go to work [on the UPN drama Sex, Love & Secrets]. I'm not doing any diet. I eat carbs. The second time around, you eat. I need the energy!"
