I loved the way PEOPLE presented such a positive light on Britney Spears and Kevin Federline and their baby. It was wonderful to see her happy with family.
I was ecstatic to see Britney with her baby on your cover. I love her so much, and her baby Sean Preston is so adorable.
Sure, Sean Preston is beautiful, but while looking at the pictures, I can't help but wonder what kind of woman chooses a man like Kevin to be the father of her precious baby?

What a tragic and senseless death of a special young man. I was moved by Terrell Pough's determination to better his life for himself and his daughter Diamond. His time with us was short, but I believe that Terrell's purpose was to be a symbol of hope and inspiration. This man—not powerful, not wealthy, not born into fame—touched thousands of lives and reminded us what true human spirit and love are supposed to be. Thank you, Terrell, for touching our hearts. The good do die young.
While reading the story about the death of 18-year-old Terrell, I was moved to tears. I read the first article in the Aug. 29 issue of PEOPLE and was amazed at everything he was accomplishing. I'm a single mom at 19, though I don't have it as hard as Terrell did. His daughter will only know now from those around her just how wonderful her father was. Hopefully those responsible for this horrible loss will one day pay for what they have done.
TOM AND KATIE
As OB/GYN residents, we couldn't help but laugh out loud at the sheer absurdity of Tom Cruise's buying a sonogram machine. Tom may think he's the world's foremost expert on obstetrics and psychiatry, but he should never presume to give Katie medical care since he has absolutely no training. He should probably stick to making movies.
Dr. Kimberly Resnick and Dr. Britton Rink
I've been following Steven Cojocaru for quite some time and he's an extremely genuine individual. Steven, my prayers go out to you for a speedy recovery with the donated kidney from your mother, Amelia. You look fabulous. After what you've been through, and to hear that you and your mom are sharing a special time together, those are the memories of a lifetime.
Thanks for publishing this article on preschoolers asked to leave school. As the director of a center, I find that we're faced more and more with children with various fly, behavioral issues. While I applaud the schools in your story for going the extra mile, it's time for parents to assume more responsibility rather than leaving it for the preschool teachers to deal with.
KATE WESOLOWSKI, St. Luke's Day School & Kindergarten
As an early-childhood educator, I was appalled to read such a ridiculous article. Isn't it the teacher's job to guide every child in their care? It sounds to me like the centers took the easy way out by throwing them out and not dealing with what was happening with the child.
