Actress Rebecca Gayheart (Dead Like Me), 32, wed actor Eric Dane (Charmed), 32, Oct. 29 in Las Vegas.
Michelle Meadows, 38, filed for divorce from her husband of seven years, Saturday Night Live alum Tim Meadows, 43, Nov. 8 in L.A. The couple have two sons, ages 3 and 2.
On Nov 15, Tori Spelling, 31, settled for an undisclosed amount in a $500,000 lawsuit brought against her by a woman who was hit by a car driven by the actress in 2002. In the suit, Alcira Boone claimed she broke her shoulder and lost wages due to the accident. "We think it was a fair settlement," said Boone's lawyer. Spelling's lawyer refused to comment.
Law & Order: Criminal Intent star Vincent D'Onofrio, 45, left a New York City hospital Nov. 19 after being diagnosed with exhaustion. The actor, who had fainted twice the preceding week, underwent testing during his hospital stay. His rep said he will return to work immediately.
On the morning of Nov. 22, burglars broke into the English country house of Ozzy, 56, and Sharon Osbourne, 52, and stole a large amount of jewelry. The couple woke up during the robbery, and Ozzy pursued the two intruders, who escaped. The Osbournes were not hurt.
Steven Cojocaru, 42, a correspondent for TV's Entertainment Tonight and The Insider (and former West Coast Style Editor for PEOPLE), is suffering from polycystic kidney disease (PKD), a genetic condition that will require him to receive a kidney transplant. Although a donor has yet to be found, "the prognosis is excellent," says Cojocaru. "I feel great."
Bruce Willis, 49, filed a negligence lawsuit against Revolution Studios on Oct. 20 in L.A, alleging that he was injured while filming the movie Tears of the Sun in 2002. The actor, who is seeking unspecified damages, says he experienced "extreme mental, physical and emotional pain" after he was struck in the forehead by a projectile following a pyrotechnic mishap. A rep for the studio had no comment.
Tony Award winning composer Cy Coleman, 75, whose Broadway hits include City of Angels and Sweet Charity, died in Manhattan of heart failure Nov. 18. Coleman also played classical piano at Carnegie Hall as a. child.... Songwriter Terry Melcher, 62, who also produced some of the biggest hits of the Beach Boys and the Byrds in the '60s and '70s, died Nov. 19 at his Beverly Hills home after battling cancer. Melcher was the son of actress Doris Day.
