Marital problems? What marital problems? Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson were the picture of domestic bliss during Grammy weekend. The couple, who have spent much of the last three months apart working on various projects, attended several events together, happily telling the press that they're both thrilled to be home at last. But it won't be all play. "We're both working on records," Lachey told us Feb. 11 at Avalon in Hollywood. Simpson, who still has a few studio sequences to film for The Dukes of Hazzard—the project that kept her in Louisiana for several weeks—has also started shooting a workout video. "I'm kind of addicted now," Simpson says of her gym routine. Still, Lachey found time for a little romantic gesture: For Valentine's Day, we hear he gave his wife a song that he wrote for her new album.
JUSTIN JAMS WITH JAMES
Some of the hottest sessions of Grammy weekend didn't air during the awards telecast. Two nights before the show, will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas threw a bash at Avalon to raise funds for tsunami relief, and among the acts were Earth, Wind & Fire, Pink, Carlos Santana and Macy Gray. Justin Timberlake jumped in and joined Maroon 5's Adam Levine to sing "This Love" and then traded footwork with James Brown on "Papa's Got a Brand New Bag." Cameron Diaz looked on, as did Paula Abdul and Ryan Seacrest, who cheered American Idol judge Randy Jackson when he hopped onstage with a bass guitar.

DAMON IN PARADISE
Sweethearts Matt Damon and Luciana Barroso share a little romance during Valentine's weekend on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. A few days earlier in Miami Beach (where the couple met in 2003), Damon had already been in a good mood: After treating Barroso and her young daughter to dinner at Sushi Samba Dromo, he left, a $100 tip on a $168 check.
