On Feb. 19 American Idol alum Matt Rogers, 26, tied the knot with Teri Himes, 26, a mortgage processor, in Huntington Beach, Calif. Among the 300 guests was last year's Idol runner-up Diana DeGarmo, who sang Shania Twain's "From This Moment On" as the bride walked down the aisle.
British soccer star David Beckham, 29, and his wife, Victoria, 30, the pop singer formerly known as Posh Spice, welcomed third son Cruz Feb. 20 in Madrid. He joins big brothers Brooklyn, 6, and Romeo, 2.
Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, 56, and his second wife, Teresa, are separating after 17 years of marriage. The couple have two teenage children, daughter Chelsea and son Taj. Tyler also has two daughters—model Mia, 26, and actress Liv, 27—from previous relationships.... Stefano Gabbana, 42, and Domenico Dolce, 46, the founders of the fashion label Dolce & Gabbana, have announced that they are no longer a couple. "They still have the maximum respect for each other," a rep said. "They will continue to work with the same energy as they have for two decades."
After a preliminary investigation, the Montgomery County, Pa., D.A. announced that entertainer Bill Cosby, 67, will not face charges stemming from allegations made by a Canadian woman last month (PEOPLE, Feb. 28, 2005). The woman told authorities that Cosby had given her medication that made her dizzy, then fondled her at his home in January 2004. Cosby denied the allegations. Police found "insufficient credible and admissible evidence" to support her claims. A lawyer for the comedian said, "Mr. Cosby looks forward to moving on with his life."...Michael Lohan, 44, the father of actress Lindsay Lohan, 18, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated Feb. 19 in Syosset, N.Y., after he crashed his car into a telephone pole. Lohan was alone and suffered no injuries. His attorney could not be reached for comment.
Actor and singer John Raitt, 88, who created the role of Billy Bigelow in the original 1940s Broadway production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Carousel died of complications from pneumonia Feb. 20 in Pacific Palisades, Calif. The father of singer Bonnie Raitt, 55, he also starred in the 1957 film The Pajama Game with Doris Day....Actor Daniel O'Herlihy, 85, who received an Oscar nomination in 1954 for Adventures of Robinson Crusoe, died Feb. 17 in Malibu of undisclosed causes.
