Soledad O'Brien, 37, coanchor of CNN's American Morning, and her husband, investment banker Brad Raymond, 38, are expecting twins later this year. The couple have two daughters, ages 3 and 2....
Ari Fleischer, 43, who resigned as President Bush's press secretary last July, has some news of his own: His wife, Becki, 27, is pregnant with their first child, due in May. The couple married in November 2002.
Grammy-nominated country singer Jo Dee Messina, 33, and her road manager Don Muzquiz, 40, have ended their four-year engagement. Messina's rep refused to divulge the reason for the split but said the two will continue to work together professionally.
Ashley Judd, 35, injured her left foot Feb. 17 while playing Maggie during a performance of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof on Broadway. According to her rep, she suffered a sprain and torn ligaments after landing awkwardly on her ankle. Judd will need surgery and won't be able to return to the show.
On Feb. 19 in L.A., Ned Shankman, 63, the former manager of the late soul singer Barry White, sued Glodean White, 57, the singer's widow, claiming he has not been paid his 10 percent share of White's earnings since last January. White died last summer of kidney failure. Glodean could not be reached for comment.

Singer Bobby Brown, 37, was sent to the DeKalb County jail in Georgia Feb. 20 for violating his probation, which stems from a drunken-driving conviction in January 2003. Brown was to remain locked up until an upcoming hearing. A judge found that the husband of Whitney Houston failed to submit to drug tests and to comply with the terms of his house arrest. Brown's lawyer said that he has since submitted more evidence that he complied with the order.
Basketball great Shaquille O'Neal, 32, is facing two new lawsuits. Paramount Celebrity Management, a Tampa Bay promotions company, filed for $5.6 million in damages Feb. 20 in L.A., claiming that the L.A. Lakers center reneged on an agreement to participate in a community event. In Daytona Beach, Fla., a Harley-Davidson dealership sued O'Neal Feb. 5, alleging that he had not paid for a $130,000 custom-made motorcycle he had ordered. A rep for O'Neal did not return calls for comment.
Soul singer Doris Troy, 67, best known for the 1963 hit "Just One Look," died after a long battle with emphysema Feb. 16 in Las Vegas. Troy, whose life was the inspiration for the long-running Off-Broadway hit Mama, I Want to Sing, also recorded with the Rolling Stones, the Beatles and Pink Floyd.
