Kath & Kim (Sundance Channel, Weds., 9 p.m. ET) First-rate Australian sitcom, exuberantly tacky and often flat-out absurd, about a suburban mum as mindlessly chipper as a bird on a fence, and her grown-up, grousing daughter. It's half-way through an eight-episode run, and it's a treat.
