Behind the Seams

CUTE YOUR OWN HORN: It's not like it's false advertising, but songstresses Fergie and Christina Aguilera are singing their own praises with White Trash Charms' Cute As A Button necklace. Both picked up the pendant which looks like a real button complete with gold-chain stitching—and have been wearing it out and about….

CARRY ON THE LINE: As if amazing bone structure weren't enough, celeb moms like Gwyneth Paltrow and Courteney Cox Arquette Arquette are passing on their hip jeans to their kids too. The grown-up Paper Denim & Cloth they wear are now available in tot sizes. Angelina Jolie even bought a pair for ever-cool Maddox….

LIGHT SAVER: The worst place to apply lip gloss? The dark. So clever Liparazzi creator Nina Leykind put a tiny battery-operated light in the gloss wand and a mirror on the container. Et voilà! All the shine is where it's supposed to be. Liparazzi, formerly a U.K.-only item (used by Victoria Beckham), is now available in the States. Light on!…

SNEAK PEEK!
NAOMI'S NEW GIG: SPOKESMODEL

Battling supernatural evil and falling for giant apes? Been there, done that. Modeling for an ad campaign—now that's a first for Oscar-nominated actress Naomi Watts. The 37-year-old Aussie spent a late-November weekend on the chic Caribbean island of St. Bart's wearing David Yurman jewelry and watches and being shot by famed supermodel shutterbug Peter Lindbergh. “I've always admired David's ads,” says Watts, who follows fellow Yurman spokesmodel alums Kate Moss, Amber Valletta, Naomi Campbell and actor Edward Burns. “And I love his beautiful jewelry.” The national campaign for the high-end line, which just celebrated its 25th anniversary last year, will start appearing in magazines in late February and early March, and Watts admits that she “can't wait to see the ads in print.”

I really LOVE my… VINTAGE RIDING BOOTS FROM RESURRECTION IN L.A.

Mischa Barton may not have worn her brown boots on horseback, but sometimes cowgirls just get the shoes. Whether hoofing it around Malibu or Aspen, Barton has recently paired the flat, leather boots with everything from a cool quilted Marc Jacobs bag to what looks like pony pj's. Yee-hmm.
