LEGAL MATTERS
The Los Angeles District Attorney's office recently announced that charges won't be filed against photographer Galo Ramirez, 24, who was arrested last May for allegedly crashing his car into Lindsay Lohan's Mercedes-Benz while he was reportedly following the actress. Although the incident sparked controversy over the lengths to which celebrity photographers go to obtain shots of A-listers, authorities said the case was dropped because there was insufficient evidence. A rep for Lohan could not be reached for comment.

ARRESTED
Tito Moses, 31, and Steven Wortman, 49, were arrested during a Dec. 27 sting operation in New York City after they allegedly tried to extort $1 million from Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez in exchange for a copy of the couple's June 2004 wedding video. The recording was obtained from a laptop taken from Anthony's car last October. The two New Jersey men were nabbed while attempting to sell the computer to undercover police officers posing as Marc Anthony's staff. Moses and Wortman were charged with conspiracy, attempted grand larceny and possession of stolen property. Neither attorneys for the accused nor representatives for Lopez or Anthony could be reached for comment.
