Think speakeasy meets day spa: Not even the paparazzi were clued in to the Feb. 2 opening of new Manhattan club G-Spa & Lounge. But stars like Lindsay Lohan, Eliza Dushku, Jay-Z, Kimberly Stewart and Jamie-Lynn Sigler knew to slip through the unmarked door off the lobby of Hotel Gansevoort in New York City's Meatpacking District down to the basement space. "I like it, it's low-key," said Lohan (who returned again the next night). Owned by Butter's Scott Sartiano and Richie Akiva, the nightspot—as small as some VIP rooms, with a 75-person capacity—features three lit whirlpools bubbling in the center of the room and a waitstaff wearing short robes and flip-flops. (By day the space will soon offer actual spa services.) Jay-Z held court with a posse until 2 a.m., and Sigler tiptoed across one Plexiglas-covered pool. Nothing like walking on water....
Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz took his mother, Lynn, to the Pussycat Dolls show at Pure in Las Vegas Jan. 31 to mark his 25th birthday. Afterward the couple shared kisses, champagne and vodka until 2:30 a.m.... Mischa Barton and Cisco Adler danced provocatively against a wall to '80s hit "I Know What Boys Like" at Amanda Scheer-Demme's L.A. club Teddy's on Feb. 2.... Who showed up at Demi Moore's surprise 28th-birthday party for husband Ashton Kutcher Feb. 4 at the Regent Beverly Wilshire's GM Penthouse? Chris Rock, Bruce Willis, Topher Grace, Tobey Maguire, Naomi Campbell and Kevin Connolly.... American Idol star Constantine Maroulis crashed the Feb. 5 Saturday Night Live afterparty at new Manhattan club Nest, where he had a brunette in his lap.... Madonna, not wearing her wedding ring again, dined at West Hollywood's Il Sole Feb. 6 with an unknown male companion. After an animated conversation over glasses of red wine, they left in separate cars.
