Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston spent a cozy weekend in Aspen, where he celebrated the 10th anniversary of his breakthrough film Swingers at the U.S. Comedy Arts Festival. The pair arrived March 10 and hit the St. Regis Hotel spa, where they cuddled under a waterfall of warm water in a private pool. That night, they dined at Matsuhisa with pals Lisa Kudrow and Jon Favreau. "They were having a great time," said one staffer. "Lots of wine and lots of Patrón [tequila]." The next evening they caught Dave Chappelle. Vaughn, says an onlooker, "sat the whole time with his arm around her."
LISA'S DANCE FEVER
Bitten by the ballroom bug, Dancing with the Stars semifinalist Lisa Rinna and her professional partner Louis van Amstel plan to open a dance studio in L.A. within the next three months. "I was so moved by [the experience] that it has to be a part of my life," says Rinna. "It transformed my body, it's fun and invigorating." After convincing Utah-based van Amstel to move to L.A., the actress is now hunting for a rental space. Her studio won't be "stuffy and formal," says Rinna, so her students—including husband Harry Hamlin and daughters Delilah, 7, and Amelia, 4—won't feel self-conscious. Says Rinna: "Who knows? We might expand to other cities."
8 IS ENOUGH
Celebrity spotting was easy in N.Y.C. March 8—as long as you got past the bouncer at Bungalow 8. Inside, there were amazing sights to behold: Matthew McConaughey —fresh from his Failure to Launch premiere—wandered through the club drinking from a bottle of water, while Lindsay Lohan left her table to actually fetch her own drink at the bar. Later she was joined by Lance Armstrong, whose button-down shirt mostly wasn't. (Their laugh-filled conversation seemed friendly, not flirty.) And George Clooney let loose when Michael Jackson's "Thriller" played. Sitting in his booth, the Oscar winner did his best zombie dance, looking like an extra from the 1983 video as his entourage joined in.
Al and Star Jones Reynolds, Vivica A. Fox, Fat Joe and a bevy of poolside flamingos and tigers helped Miami Heat center Shaquille O'Neal ring in his 34th birthday March 11 at a private home in Indian Creek, Fla.... At the Miami Arena that same night, Jennifer Lopez stood in the wings watching husband Marc Anthony perform a concert for 5,000. At the end of the show, he pulled her onstage. Wearing a blue chiffon dress, she waved to the crowd before Anthony whisked her off for a romantic ride on a pal's 150-ft. yacht... On March 12 Jamie Foxx threw a party to celebrate the international release of his album Unpredictable at Beverly Hills eatery Crustacean. He impressed some foreign journalists in the room by treating them to an impromptu serenade in French, Japanese and Vietnamese.
