For the first time during their marriage, Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro have begun reading press reports that they're splitting. Not true, Electra told me at the new World Poker Tour room at Connecticut's Foxwoods Casino March 23. "For five years, everyone left us alone, and then all of a sudden..." she said. "We're really lucky we've gone this long without having everyone in our business or making stuff up." So their marital bond is still going strong? "We're fine! I'm not saying we have the perfect marriage or that we're the perfect couple, but we're pretty damn good," says Electra. If there were trouble, she adds, "I wouldn't have my ring on. I would not walk around and pretend."
JAMIE-LYNN MOVES ON
Since Jamie-Lynn Sigler first got friendly with Butter co-owner Scott Sartiano on New Year's in Miami, their relationship has "progressed slowly," says a Sartiano pal. Sigler, who split from A.J. DiScala last September, was nervous about dating so soon, but things heated up in March. Says the friend: "It was just right. They're really happy." Sure looked like it at Butter on March 27, where the pair whispered, cuddled and pressed close to each other by the deejay booth, across the dance floor from Josh Hartnett and Scarlett Johansson, who snuggled discreetly in a booth behind the crowd.
THE PRINCE SHOW
Y'all know it's a party when Jack's in the house. On March 24, Mr. Nicholson was the first of an all-star lineup to sneak in the back door of Amanda Scheer-Demme's club Teddy's at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel for a VIP post-midnight Prince gig (with encores videotaped by Justin Timberlake). Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams watched as Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman grooved and snuggled, and eligible bachelor Nick Lachey hung out with Dancing with the Stars' Stacey Keibler. After the show, JT partied with Cameron Diaz till 3 a.m. Turns out it was the hot spot's last hurrah: Three days later, the hotel shut down the club. Good thing the It girls made the scene: Without Lindsay, Paris and Nicole, a goodbye bash would be so 1999.
LACHEY AT PLAY
Kristin who? Seems just yesterday that Nick Lachey was linked with Laguna Beach's Kristin Cavallari. So why was he getting hot and heavy with Vanessa Minnillo in N.Y.C. on March 27? He and Minnillo, who recently shot a part in L.A. for Nick's next video, were in a flimsily curtained-off area at the W Union Square's Underbar. "Nick's a single guy" is all a Lachey pal will tell us. And a smiling guy. A witness says the two were doing an R-rated bump-and-grind. "I saw tongues on skin," says the source. The next night, the pair dined side by side with friends at Fiamma, then went on to the hotel 60 Thompson. Meanwhile, Cavallari, 19, can't even get club love: She's been rejected by her fave L.A. spots lately as cops crack down on underage revelers.
