Former NYPD Blue actress Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, 43, and her husband, talent agent Michael Nilon, 40, said hello to twin boys Jax and Jaid in L.A. Oct. 18. The pair join Oliver, 15, her son from a previous marriage.... It's a girl for Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen, 36, and his fiancée, actress Isla Fisher, 31, who recently greeted their first child.... Scrubs actor John C. McGinley (inset), 48, and his wife, yoga instructor Nichole Kessler, 35, will have their first child together, a girl, in February. McGinley's son Max, 10, is from a previous marriage.
Prison Break star Dominic Purcell, 37, and wife Rebecca Williamson have parted ways. "The separation is completely amicable," says the actor's rep. The couple have four children.
Kid Rock, 36, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with simple battery after an early morning scuffle at a DeKalb County, Ga., Waffle House following a concert. Police said Rock engaged in a fight with a male customer who had words with a female member of the singer's entourage, and five of the star's male associates jumped into the fray. Rock was jailed along with the quintet of alleged participants in the fight. They were released the same day after posting bond. A rep for Rock did not respond to a request for comment.... British chanteuse Amy Winehouse, 24, was arrested in Bergen, Norway, Oct. 18, for possession of a small quantity of marijuana and released from custody the next day. Her husband, music video assistant Blake Fielder-Civil and an unnamed person were also arrested in their hotel room after police received an anonymous tip. The singer's rep had no comment.... One Life to Live actor Nathaniel Marston, 32, was arrested in Manhattan Oct. 21 after allegedly attacking three men around 4:30 a.m. with a crate, breaking one man's leg. Police said he began kicking and flailing at arresting officers. Marston was taken to Bellevue Hospital and released hours later after being treated for scrapes and bruises. He was charged with second-degree assault, menacing, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest. His lawyer had no comment.
Six-time Oscar nominee Deborah Kerr, 86, famous for her kiss on the beach with Burt Lancaster in From Here to Eternity, died in Suffolk, England, Oct. 16 following a battle with Parkinson's disease. She also starred in The King and I and An Affair to Remember.... Comedian Joey Bishop, 89, the last surviving member of the Rat Pack—including Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Peter Lawford and Dean Martin—died in Newport Beach, Calif., Oct. 17. A dour straight man to his more flamboyant fellow performers, with whom he starred in 1960's original Ocean's Eleven, he was dubbed "The Frown Prince." Vincent DeDomenico, 92, who invented the "San Francisco Treat" Rice-A-Roni with his brothers in 1958, died in Napa, Calif., Oct. 18.... Jennifer Lopez's maternal grandmother, Julia Rodriguez, 93, whose home-cooked Latin dishes inspired the star to open Madre's restaurant in Pasadena, Calif., in 2002, died Oct. 20.

Robert Chambers, 41, dubbed "The Preppie Killer" during his 1980s murder case, and girlfriend Shawn Kovell, 39, were arrested in Manhattan Oct. 22 on felony charges of selling cocaine to undercover police. Police told the New York Daily News they dealt enough of the drug "to levitate Central Park."
