Sabrina Bryan Slims Down!
Unlike most celebrities who take a spin on Dancing with the Stars, Cheetah Girl Sabrina Bryan ended up losing weight after she was voted off the show last October. "It's been a progressive getting-in-shape," says Bryan. "It's nice to finally feel the [extra weight]] going away!" How much weight, the 5'0" Bryan isn't sure. "I never stepped on a scale—I don't like to get caught up in numbers," she explains. But she estimates it's about 15 lbs., thanks to healthier food choices (see below), three-times-a-week cardio workouts on the treadmill and elliptical, and Pilates exercises. One thing's for sure: Although she's enjoying going from a size 6 to a 2 ("I've had to get a bunch of new jeans—it was awesome"), Bryan, now in India to film a Cheetah Girls movie, says the best part about being fit is the energy she has: "The compliments are nice, but the best part is I feel really strong and confident!"
