Standing amid more than 400 impassive cadets, a blushing Prince Harry appeared to barely contain a mile-wide grin during his April 12 graduation from Sandhurst military academy. And with good reason: Inspecting the ranks was none other than Queen Elizabeth, a.k.a. granny to Harry, 21, and brother Prince William, 23, who attended the event along with dad Prince Charles and stepmom Camilla. Also present was the boys' ex-nanny Tiggy Pettifer (formerly Tiggy Legge-Bourke), who cared for the boys after the 1997 death of their mother, Princess Diana. At the ball that evening, Harry was joined by girlfriend Chelsy Davy, 20, her hair in an updo and her back exposed in a plunging turquoise gown. The following night, Harry and Chelsy joined William and girlfriend Kate Middleton, 24, for some partying at the Boujis club in London's South Kensington nabe. Next up for the grad: a visit to Africa and, come May, basic training as a newly minted officer in the Blues and Royals regiment.
