Yes, Blake Lewis has thought about what the new tattoo covering his entire lower back will look like when he gets older. "One of my great uncles had this sailor tattoo, and it looked fine," says Lewis, 26. "It was something symbolic of his past. [All of my tattoos] are going to do the same for me." Lewis, who returned to the American Idol stage March 6 to perform a song from his debut album, Audio Day Dream, has already documented his love of music in his body art (see box). But he won't be adding a girl's name to his living tribute any time soon. "On occasion I get some hookups," says the single Seattle resident. But his biggest fans are "grandmas coming up to me out of nowhere wanting to pinch my cheeks. They are ninja grandmas!"
