Thanks to reruns, Tia Mowry will live in eternity as a teenage bookworm, but now she's 29 and this star of Sister, Sister is getting a Mister. To celebrate her April 20 wedding to actor Cory Hardrict, 28, Tia's twin, Tamera, threw her a "sentimental" bridal shower at the Whiskey Blue in Los Angeles on March 14. "I'm excited for her," says Tamera, whose priority was "to set the mood for Tia. It had to be just stunning the moment she walked in." Tamera's work left her sister "in awe," admits Tia, who was moved to tears. From the pink and purple decor (Tia's favorite colors) to the menu of pizza, burgers and sushi, "everything had meaning," she says. "There is nobody in the world who knows me better than Tamera." When it came to the gifts, however, there were a few surprises—like the barely there lingerie Tia received from actress pal Brittany Daniel, who costars with Tia in CW's The Game. "I knew I could count on her to give me something sexy," says Tia. "But she had to give me a lesson on how to put it on—because I've never seen anything like that in my life!"
