30 Is the New 18! the Women on These Pages Look at Least a Decade Younger Than They Really Are

"I don't feel 35. I feel more like 25.... I'm half-Greek, half-American Indian, so my dermatologist told me I'll never age. But it's also about taking care of yourself: Your skin is a reflection of what's going on inside your body. I can go in, and my doctor will be like, 'Did you eat a bunch of cheese on Tuesday?' I'm like, 'Yes, I did!' I trust her completely.... As regards tanning, don't take my advice. I love the sun. I want to be tan."

"Growing up in Hawaii, I was going to the beach a lot, which is good for your body and soul.... When I turned 40 in January, I was like, 'Maybe I should start taking care of my skin.' I discovered Clé de Peau Beauté. Their La Crème was $800, but my skin loves it. I'm still on the same jar. I will be scraping that jar until it is empty! ... If I started looking for wrinkles in the mirror, I'd probably go crazy. I'm not obsessed. I learned this about weight, too. I don't ever weigh myself.... The temptation to have plastic surgery will always be great just by being in this town, but right now I believe this is how I'm supposed to be."

"My looks are my stock in trade, so since I was quite young I've worked to maintain myself.... I discovered yoga in my early 30s. I've added weight training. The older you get you have to fight osteoporosis.... As you age you have to have a reality check; you can't recapture your youth. I have pictures of me at 23 or 24 and I think, 'Oh my God, I was really once that size!' I'm never going to look like that again. But actually I think my face looks better now. It looks more feminine, softer.... When it comes to plastic surgery, I would say to women, 'Be careful.' Do the least amount—less is more."
"I'm lucky. My father is in his 70s, and he looks 40. But skin care is even more important than genes. Having a beauty company, Iman Cosmetics, I know that women understand about cosmetics—you put on a red lipstick, you see it immediately. But taking care of your skin is an investment. I'm hooked on SK-II.... You cannot prevent a wrinkle unless you decide you're not going to get old. So you see the wrinkle and then you move on. The quality of my skin is better now than when I was in my 30s. It was oily then.... So far, I'm fine without Botox, but I'm an absolute believer in vanity. If I see a gray hair, I'm going to the hairdresser! There's no point in having gray hair! Not yet."
